1. HOW TO SUBMIT THE ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL?

AgenZ only receives copies of electronic proposals from Beneva, Empire Life, Sun Life, and Equitable.
For IA, send an email to invest@agenz.ca with the proposal number and client name, mentioning that the proposal was submitted online and AgenZ will be able to find it on the site.
If advisors submit electronic proposals for other companies, they must send a copy to invest@agenz.ca, indicating that the proposal has been submitted electronically so that AgenZ does not make duplicate requests to the companies.

AgenZ sends it to the transferring institution
AgenZ can send T2033 forms by fax to the number available on the transferring institution’s website. If no fax number can be found, the advisor must provide one, otherwise the T2033 will be sent by mail to the address indicated on the form.
If no copy of the T2033 is attached to proposals that mention pending transfers, it will be assumed that the form is being sent directly to the transferring institution by the advisor.
It is therefore advisable for advisors to mention in their email whether they will send the T2033 themselves or if they prefer AgenZ to mail it.

In both cases, advisors must follow up with the transferring institutions themselves.
