Access is simple. Follow these steps:
1. Initial login: You have already logged in. This was via SFG’s invitation email.
2. Hospitality Course:
- This course “Welcome to the Next Advisor Level Learning System – 101” is the first to be completed.
- It is designed to enable efficient use of the platform.
- It then gives you access to all the training courses included in your package.
3. Access by theme: Once this course is completed, access is through a group subscription system.
- You will receive an invitation for each specific theme. (e.g., “Insurance products”).
- It’s a personalized invitation.
- By accepting it, you have access to all the courses on this topic.
- This includes courses that are already available and future courses that are currently being produced.
- This approach allows for a logical progression, in which you are not overwhelmed by irrelevant courses.
Courses are available in French and English.
- The reason is simple: to avoid information overload and losing track of your progress.
- By default, each user has access to courses in one language only, starting from the moment they register.
- If you need access to the other language, you must submit a justified request.
