2.2. S_entiel

- Role: S_entiel is a general agent, who serves as an interface for SFG affiliate advisors to work with AgenZ. It is therefore your gateway to AgenZ’s services for SFG.
2.3. AgenZ

- Role: AgenZ is the company that acts as the back office of SFG. It is the one that manages your data and transactions in the information systems. Every time you open a new contract or make a transaction for a client, the information is transmitted to AgenZ, which acts as an intermediary for you to reach the institutions. Some institutions accept that you contact them directly, in which case you will simply have to keep AgenZ informed in a copy of your messages. However, most institutions will expect everything to go through AgenZ only. It is therefore very important to keep them informed of your ongoing transactions and files.
2.4. Their links
As a SFG Financial Advisor, you are at the heart of a well-coordinated ecosystem. Your main link is with SFG, which, in turn, relies on S_entiel and, by extension, AgenZ for the administrative management and processing of your transactions.
