Each year, this contest is part of our approach to recognizing individual and collective performance.

The winners of the GFS 2027 Reward Trip will be announced at our New Year's gala.

🎯 Qualification criteria and scoring system

In order to reward the different levels of excellence achieved during the qualification year, points are awarded as follows:

• Individual insurance: 2.5 points per CV (net commission)
• Group insurance: 80 points per $1,000 of annual premium
• Residential mortgage: 8 points per $1,000 of financing
• Commercial or private mortgage: 5 points per $1,000 of financing
• Investments: 20 points per $1,000 (segregated funds, mutual funds, exempt securities, flow-through shares)

🏅 Special reward – Referral of advisors

The advisor who refers the highest number of eligible advisors, with a minimum of 5 advisors referred, during the qualification period will be awarded a GFS 2027 Reward Trip – Bronze level, regardless of their total points.

Definition of an eligible advisor

To be considered eligible for this reward, each referred advisor must:

• Hold a valid license (no internship required)
• Be active with GFS for a minimum period of 6 months
• Have achieved a minimum production of $10,000 during this period

• The participant must be employed by GFS on the date of the trip
• No upgrades or extensions are permitted
• It is not possible to upgrade to a higher category
• The trip has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Results calculated from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026
