Insurance procedure

Agen Z must receive a copy for electronic proposals from Foresters and Beneva’s La Série Piliers. For other companies, we receive them directly in our system or by email.

For everything else, if the advisor writes or sends documents directly to the insurance company, we must be copied in to avoid sending emails to the representative.
