Zendesk is the official channel for reporting any anomalies or requesting clarification. By opening a ticket, you allow the administrative and technical staff of SFG to intervene via AgenZ with the institution or to correct a data synchronization error (from the initial Apexa link or from the transfer to Centralize and VieFund).
In short, use the institutions’ portals for the speed of raw information, and rely on Centralize and VieFund (powered by AgenZ) for consolidated, compliant management and monitoring of your effective compensation within the Signature Financial Group.
