Remuneration Statement Recovery Guide

For Financial Security Advisors

This document provides detailed steps for obtaining your compensation statements from major financial institutions in Canada.

1. Assumption Life

  1. Login: Go to the Assumption Life website and log in to the “Counsellor Corner”.
  2. Menu: Click on the “Select” button.
  3. Category: Choose “Compensation and sales force”.
  4. Tab: Once logged in, select “Compensation”.
  5. Selection: Choose your group or the specific advisor (e.g. Signature Financial Group).
  6. Download: Click the download button to get the report in PDF.

2. Beneva (SSQ)

  1. Login: Log in via the “Beneva SSQ” option.
  2. Menu: Click on the “Report” tab.
  3. Filtering: Choose “By name” (recommended for corporations) or “By number” (individual).
  4. Report Type: Prefer the “Weekly Statement of Earnings” for full detail or the “Weekly Summary” for the abstract.
  5. Action: Click on the report to view or download it.
  6. Note: For specific reports mentioned by email (e.g. transfers), use the unique report number indicated in the message.

3. Empire Life

  1. Sign in: Go to Empire Life’s advisor portal.
  2. Menu: Select “My Subcontracts and Remuneration”.
  3. Profile: Select the desired group or advisor.
  4. Document Type: Click on “Commission Statements”.
  5. Period: Choose the week from the list and click on “Go”.
  6. Download: Click on “Download”.

4. Equitable Life

  1. Login: Log in to the Equitable Portal.
  2. Menu: Select “Contracts and Compensation”.
  3. Report: Click on “Commission Statement”.
  4. Search: Click on “Consult” or search by name/code (e.g., letter G for Signature Financial Group).
  5. Filter: Select the desired month (ex: September).
  6. Download: Select the files and retrieve them in your Downloads folder.

5. Humania Insurance (Extraweb)

  1. Login: Log in to the Extraweb platform.
  2. Section: Go to “My practice area” (or advisor area).
  3. Action: Click on “View documents”.
  4. Statement: Choose “Cabinet Payment Statement” or “Representative Statement”.
  5. View: Click the document to view and save it.

6. Industrial Alliance (iA)

  1. Login: Log in (requires double authentication).
  2. Menu: Select “My tools”, then “Compensation” at the bottom.
  3. Search: Use “Report Search”.
  4. Dates: Set the exact time period and click “Search”.
  5. Filtering: Locate documents named “Compensation” (ignore administrative reports).
  6. Action: Click to view, then download the document.

7. Ivari

  1. Login: Log in and go to “My Business”.
  2. Tool: Under “Advisor tool”, select “Commissions”.
  3. Filtering: Search by advisor or date.
  4. Location: Locate the statement in the list.
  5. Download: Click on the report to save it.

8. Manulife

  1. Login: Log in as an advisor.
  2. Access: Click on the green square of the dashboard.
  3. Option: Select “Statement of Compensation”.
  4. Portal: You will be directed to the FACEAT site.
  5. Selection: Choose the advisor code and the desired week.
  6. Patience: Wait for the report to be generated before downloading it.

9. RBC Insurance

  1. Login: Go to the RBC Secure Centre.
  2. Menu: Click on “Compensation”, then “Statement”.
  3. Filters: Choose year, code (individual or body) and date.
  4. Search: Click on “Find”.
  5. Format: Select PDF and click the link to download.

10. Sun Life

  1. Login: Log in (Interface updated in October 2025).
  2. Menu: Select “Tools”, then “Contract and Compensation”.
  3. Information: Click on “Financial Information”, then “Statement of Compensation”.
  4. Generation: Click “Generate Report” for the desired period (30, 90 days).
  5. Validation: A “Generate Report” window appears; click inside to confirm.
  6. Final Action: Click “Tap here to view your file” to download it.

11. UV Insurance

  1. Login: Log in (with double authentication).
  2. Menu: Select “My compensation”.
  3. Type: Click on “Compensation Report”.
  4. View: Choose the year and click “View”.

Action: Avoid simply visualizing. Click on “Save Report” to get the complete and readable PDF format in your downloads.
