What is RHUbique?
A dedicated resource integrated into the client’s team
RHUbique allows a Canadian company to benefit from a qualified resource working remotely from Morocco, without having to manage the complexity of recruitment and employment abroad itself.
RHUbique takes over
RHUbique manages recruitment, local employment, payroll, compliance and equipment. Your role is to identify a relevant opportunity and facilitate the introduction.
How do you recognize a good opportunity?
The RHUbique × SFG quick-reference sheet specifies the criteria to prioritize and the steps to follow when referring a prospect.
An SME with an ongoing need
A Canadian SME, ideally with 50 to 200 employees, with a stable, full-time need that can be performed entirely remotely. The company must be open to remote work and able to supervise remotely. Multiple resources are possible.
Several eligible functions
Administration, accounting and finance, human resources, customer service, support, account management, telemarketing, prospecting, business development and marketing.
The job title matters less than whether the work can be performed effectively remotely.
Identify, introduce, connect
Identify the need, briefly present RHUbique and make a qualified introduction. You do not negotiate, promise results or enter into any contract on behalf of RHUbique. The RHUbique team then takes over.
Send an introduction by email
Write to info@rhubique.com and include:
- The company name
- The contact’s name
- Their email and phone number
- Your name
The referral must be accepted by RHUbique. Existing active clients and prospects, as well as their affiliates, are excluded.
Paid to the representative, per active and billed resource.
3 active resources for 12 months = 3 600 $ in commissions for you.
A partial month is calculated on a prorated basis according to the billed period. No commission is paid before the resource is activated and billed.
The 6 rules to remember
No commission is paid until a resource is active and billed.
You sign Appendix B only when a referral is sufficiently advanced. It confirms attribution without guaranteeing payment.
The commission associated with that resource ends when its assignment ends.
Your commission ends on the date indicated in the written notice sent by SFG to RHUbique.
Use of the brand requires prior approval. Non-public information remains confidential during the relationship and for two years afterward.
Do not solicit, recruit or hire a RHUbique resource you became aware of through the program during participation and for two years afterward.

Companies excluded from the program
According to Appendix A of the document, certain companies and their subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates and other entities within the same group cannot be the subject of an eligible referral.
