01. Apexa login

Initial registration and linking of corporate contracts on the Apexa platform.

Step 1. Receiving the invitation

  • Source: Search for an email from GFS titled “Welcome to Apexa.”
  • Recipient: The invitation is issued either in your personal name or in the name of your company.

Step 2. Choice of user journey

  • Path A (New Advisor): If you don’t have an Apexa account, select the option on the left to create your profile.
  • Path B (Existing Advisor / Incorporation): If you already have an Apexa profile (e.g. for your personal contracts) and you want to add a company, select the option on the right “Add one or more contracts”.

Step 3. Registration Steps (New Account)

  • Security Token: Verify that the “Enrollment Token” field is pre-populated (unique security identifier).
  • Identity: Enter your first name, last name and email address (double entry required for validation).
  • Security: Create a password that meets the displayed strength criteria. The system validates the correspondence in real time.
  • Validation: Click on “Register” and complete the portal settings.

Step 4. Linking Steps (Existing Account)

  • Authentication: Use your current Apexa credentials to log in.
  • File Merge: The system automatically synchronizes the new corporate invitation with your existing advisor profile.
  • Result: Your personal and corporate contracts are now centralized under a single identity.
