04. Disclosure of other commercial activities

This video describes how to set up disclosure of your Other Business Activities (ABI) on the Agora portal. This is a crucial step to avoid administrative rejections.

Here are the steps of the procedure:

1. Login: Log in to your Agora portal.
2. Access Settings: Click the drop-down menu under your name (top right corner) and select “Settings.”
3. AAC tab: Locate and select the “AAC” tab on the right side of the screen.
4. Declaration: Add your professional permits and licenses (for example, your financial security advisor permit).
5. Backup: Click the update button to save the information.

The major advantage is that this data will then be automatically integrated each time you open an account, so you don’t have to enter it manually each time.
