06. All customers
Objective
Leverage the full list of customers to gain targeted insights, perform multi-criteria research, and segment your customer base for prospecting or follow-up purposes.
Step 1: Access the database
- From your dashboard, click the All Customers tab or icon.
- Available Information: The list displays the following columns by default:
- Full name and first name.
- Date of birth (Format: YYYY-MM-DD) and current age.
- Amount of commissions to be realized.
- Occupation, city of residence, phone number and email.
Step 2: Filter by Demographic Profile
Use filters to target a specific customer base during promotional campaigns:
- By age: Set a range (e.g., 30 to 40 years) and click Refresh to isolate this segment.
- By gender: Filter the list to show only men or women, depending on the product offered.
- By smoking status: Select “Smoker”, “Non-smoker” or “Unknown”.
- Note: This data comes directly from files completed with insurers.
Step 3: Distinction between Individuals and Corporations
For your commercial or corporate insurance needs:
- Go to the filter criteria.
- See only individuals: Select Yes for “Person” and No for “Company.”
- To see only incorporated corporations: Select No for “Person” and Yes for “Corporation.”
- Click Refresh to update the list.
Step 4: Search by geographical location
- Use the City criteria field.
- Enter the name of the city you want.
- Please note: The system does not offer a drop-down list; The results will be displayed as long as the city is correctly documented in the customer files.
Step 5: Reset and Navigate
- Cancellation: To find all of your customers, clear the filter criteria and refresh the page.
- Back: Click on the Agency icon at the top left to return to the platform’s home page.
💡 Practical tip: Filtering by “Commission to be made” combined with an age group is a great way to prioritize your annual follow-ups by identifying the clients with the highest revenue potential for your practice.
