01. VieFund login and password

Objective

Successfully log in to the VieFund platform for the first time as an advisor and know how to change your security credentials.

Prerequisites

  • Your login credentials (Username and Password).
  • The email address associated with your work account.

Step 1: Access and Identification

  1. Go to the VieFund login page.
  2. Entering credentials: Enter your username and password.
    • Note: The interface is fully bilingual (French/English).
  3. Profile selection: If your password manager offers multiple options, be sure to select the ID that corresponds to the Advisor profile (not the Client profile).
  4. Click the button to Log In.

💡 Tip: If your credentials don’t show up automatically, reload the page to force your password manager to offer them.

Step 2: Recovery in case of forgetfulness

If you can’t sign in:

  • Forgot your password: Click on the link dedicated to changing the password on the home page.
  • Forgot your username: Click on the login recovery link, enter your work email address and follow the instructions received by email to reset your access.

Step 3: Change the password (Member Area)

Once logged in, if you want to change your security information:

  1. Click on your Username (at the top of the interface) to open the profile page.
  2. Enter your old password.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.

Step 4: Configure e-signatures

On the same profile page, you have a specific option to:

  • Generate or edit your access code for electronic signatures. This code is essential to validate your digital documents in a secure way.

⚠️ Points of vigilance

  • Profile: Make sure you use the “Advisor” ID to access professional features.

Language: The interface systematically displays terms in both languages (e.g. Login; Session Options). Don’t be surprised by this double nomenclature.
