01. Getting Started

Here is the procedure for getting started with Equisoft‘s Centralize platform, structured to allow you to efficiently navigate your advisor data.


Objective

Connect to the platform and understand the organization of the 15 management categories to ensure the follow-up of files, compensation and compliance.

Prerequisites

  • The specific login link provided by the GFS Zendesk.
  • Your login details (Username and Password).

Step 1: Connect and activate data

  1. Go to Equisoft‘s Centralize  address.
  2. Enter your credentials and validate the security test (reCAPTCHA).
  3. Crucial action: Once logged in, you must select a producer from the drop-down list (even if you are working alone).
    • Note: As long as a producer is not chosen, the interface will remain empty.

Step 2: Navigating the interface

  • Homepage: Presents all 15 categories as large icons.
  • Sidebar: Allows you to switch between categories without returning to the homepage.
  • Back to the homepage: Click on the AgenZ icon at the top left to find the full section title.

8Production ReportsFollow-up of sales made, remuneration and bonuses to come.
9Statements of remunerationDetails of payments received and tax/insurer forms.
10FormsOfficial documents provided by your general agent.
11Code ListSummary of your representative codes by institution.
12Product AgreementsList of your active agreements with the various insurers.
13Useful linksQuick access to insurers’, regulators’ websites and news.
14E&O InsuranceInformation about your errors and omissions insurance.
15PermitsStatus of your professional licenses (life insurance, savings, etc.).

Step 4: Follow up on alerts

Digital thumbnails: Watch for the small numbers at the top right of the icons (e.g. category 1). They indicate the exact number of cases requiring your immediate attention.
