03. Pending proposals
Here is the detailed procedure for effectively managing your cases in the Pending Proposals section of Centralize.
Objective
Monitor the progress of new insurance applications sent to insurers, identify bottlenecks and view missing requirements for contract issuance.
Step 1: Access to the section
- On the Centralize home page, locate the Pending Proposals icon.
- Note: A number on the icon indicates the total number of files in progress.
- Click the icon (or the first button in the left sidebar) to view the list.
Step 2: Consult the list and the articles of association
The list displays key information for each folder:
- Identification: Financial institution, application number, product type and client name.
- Dates: The precise date of shipment to the insurer.
- Status: View the current status (e.g., “Received at the institution,” “Issued,” etc.).
Step 3: Detailed analysis of a file
Click on a specific proposal to access its complete file:
- Summary: Find the contract number, the amount of the premium (monthly/annual) and the amount of insurance requested.
- Timeline: Follow the timeline steps between sending and receiving.
- Requirements: Consult the list of missing or received items (e.g. medical forms).
- Action: Use this section to find out exactly what’s blocking the issuance of the contract.
Step 4: Display Optimization (Sorting and Filters)
To manage a large volume of folders, use the customization tools:
- Sort by column: Click the header of any column.
- 💡 Management Tip: Sort by Date Sent (oldest to newest). This makes it possible to immediately detect contracts that have been “forgotten” or blocked for too long to make a reminder.
- Filtering by insurer:
- Click the filter button.
- Select one or more insurers.
- Click Update to apply the selection.
- Reset: To find the full list, click Cancel filter or deselect the criteria.
💡 Helpful tip: Get into the habit of checking this section at least once a week using the sorting by date sent. This is the best way to ensure responsive customer service and speed up the payment of your commissions by unblocking stagnant cases.
